I want to file a complaint against Dicks Sporting Good store located at 14350 Clay Terrace Blvd, Carmel, IN 46032. 317-818-3467. Order number 100236287761. Afterpay advised me to contact Dicks due to the fact that I have returned the shoes and they should not be charging me. Please contact Dicks Sporting Goods store located in Carmel, IN and advise them to review the video camera either on December 22nd or 23rd in the evening. The young man who handled my purchase was a young Caucasian man, brown hair and he worked at the Customer Service desk and asked if I needed assistance as soon as I walked in the door. Please resolve this asap because this is fraud...withdrawing money from my account and I DO NOT have the merchandise. Actually, I can't believe I'm doing Afterpay leg work. Regardless, I need for either Afterpay or for Dicks to contact them to stop withdrawing money from my account. They went into my account on Sunday and withdrawn $18.26. This is ridiculous!!!! Resolution Sought Give a refund and an explanation why they are withdrawing money from my account WITHOUT my consent and I don't have the merchandise.
