We received junk mail from them. When I asked them to remove it they claimed that it was sent by a third party and there was no way to remove it from their system since we do not have an account with them. So according to them they can send us junk mail even though we've never done business with them but they can't remove us from their system for the same reason. We don't even drive and we don't appreciate it getting junk mail. The reason we do not drive is because we prefer to be environmentally responsible, which is the same reason we do not want junk mail. I am also opted out for life from junk mail through the Federal Trade Commission, so I should not be getting these: PERIOD. Resolution Sought To be removed from the mailing list and for it not sold to third party companies

Company states; We have contacted the third party marketing company and they have removed their name from future mailings. Diepholz Auto,

It should not have been on their mailing list to begin with. And when I called the employee stated that they could not contact the third party company to have it removed. Either the employee needs educated, or they need reprimanded for their lackadaisical attitude.
