This company charged me for 2 orders when i only ordered one set of pills which did not work mind you. So i returned to sender and the postal manager said they have a record of receiving it because it was their return label. This company keeps lying saying they need a tracking number even though its their return label. Resolution Sought I would like my money returned to my account. They received their product unopened.

First off, I would like to assure her that a difficult service experience like that one she had when she called us is rare and we take it seriously. We appreciate her feedback and will forward this to our management for review. I understand that Ms. Hampton already returned the products, as follows: Order ID WVX4VCX7 MAIN 3 - BioPeak - 6 bottles for $322.67 Order ID Q3Y7H3CP MAIN 3 - BioPeak - 6 bottles for $322.67 As such, I went ahead and refunded both orders today. The funds will take up to 10 working days to successfully reflect in Ms. Hampton's account. Until then, she may contact her bank to follow up.
