I can't get anyone to answer the phone 617 702 2814. The hypersoft shoes I ordered 4-26-2022 came 1 week ago. They do not fit. I have tried some inserts and still the shoes slip so bad cannot wear them. I want a refund and instructions on returning them. Invoice #1771117 Resolution Sought Give me a refund of $69.95. Instructions for returning them.
