I placed a backorder on 30/01/2022, but my order was never fulfilled due to technical difficulties with the production process. Furthermore, although my request for a full refund was acknowledged on 09/01/2023, I have yet to receive any refund of my money. After contacting them a few times, they no longer respond to my emails. Despite numerous attempts to get my refund, I'm still left without any compensation for my order, leaving me feeling increasingly frustrated and disregarded by the company. Despite the fact that I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, no response has been received. Currently, there are 300 complaints about this company, and 262 complaints have been closed unanswered in the past 12 months. Resolution Sought Get a full refund

I ordered a product from this company in November of 2021. They took my money when I placed the order but have yet to deliver the product. I contacted them numerous times for months about a shipment date and every time was told the orders were delayed and the shipment time frame was pushed back. After months of being told they would process my order and not getting a shipment date I requested a full refund. I was contacted and asked if I really wanted a full refund to which I replied that I did. I was told in September of 2022 that my refund would be processed but I still have not received it.
