I bought a Samsung galaxy s10 phone screen and back and I have not received it. I payed extra to get it here in a week, and for shipping insurance and contact both the shipping company and digital supply usa (dsu). usps told me that it is on dsu to send me a replacement and they can file a complaint with usps if needed, and that more than likely my package was stolen off my porch. And dsu is now refusing to answer any of my text I used there live chat feature and it says they read my text but they will not reply, Considering I payed 260 dollars for it id like my package replaced, especially because I payed for insurance. I have filed a police report the police report number is 22-000760, and the tracking number is 9400116902623404086522 usps says it was delivered March 12th at 12:03. Resolution Sought I would like a replacement none damaged screen and back sent to me.
