I paid my bill in full on 8/11/23 in the amount of 91.39 over the phone got a confirmation number 118723695 to confirm now as of 8/18/23 they are saying that I owe 122.58 because they didn't receive a payment just to let you know the practice that they are doing don't put the right number in so it want be paid and not informing the customer that it's not paid that way they can get more money from the elderly. NOT GOOD PRACTICE. Resolution Sought I don't want to deal with them anymore. Just let everyone know what practice they are doing.

I purchased a handbag and crossbody as it was a gift from a relative. I received an email stating the package was delivered and it was NOT. A blurry picture was submitted by FedEx which could have been taken by the driver after the picture was taken. I explained to Dillards via email that I had never received the package & they have refused to issue a refund or reshipment. Resolution Sought Issue a refund
