I have never been treated so rudely at Dillons

It happened Sunday March 2, 2025 at 8:50pm..I have my money order receipt too. I needed a money order..the employee named Madison, rudely refused to make me a money order. The customer service closes at 9pm..I told her that but yet she refuse to make a money order for me. I asked her to call management, she says, "There's no managers here". I asked a female register employee near by to assist me with this problem. She told Madison to make the money order for me...no problem, when the employee told Madison to do it. Not one time did she smile at me and/or said,"thank you"...she was rude the entire time. When I left, I noticed she didn't give me my $5 change back that she owed me from the transaction so I indirectly asked that other same employee(who was very kind) for my change from Madison. Still, she didn't apologize for her mistake and for her rudeness. I have the receipt with the time and date and I know there are cameras and video throughout the store if there's any question. Fire her..I won't tolerate poor customer service and I refuse to be treated with disrespect and humiliated. I have never been treated so rudely at Dillons, I'm disabled and I live close to Westloop Dillons but I would hate to have to go way on the other side of town to Walmart to shop for groceries--but I WILL. Something must definitely be done about Madison's behavior even if she needs to be fired.
