Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Dimesion Service Corporation has been Harassing me for 4 Years and Counting. I Never gave them my home number or my Cell phone numbers that I had to change because of them. I spoke with the finance manager Michael and told him to STOP Calling Resolution Sought I want the business and it's Rude Staff members to STOP Calling my Home number & Cell number, E-mail and Postal Contact. Ridiculous because I told them I Don't Own a Car but they REFUSE to Listen and that's Harassment. The Finance manager Michael told me that he was going to Continue to Call my house, Harassment
