After paying in full, over 1500$ for my car repair I noticed that my dashboard was hanging out and my none of my gauges were working. I was told the computer I purchased from All Computer Resource in Homestead was defective. I called All Computers resource and was instructed to create a ticket to diagnos the part, in which the mechanic was suppose to respond to. The mechanic that supposedly fixed my car (Peter) was fired. I cannot get anyone to communicate with the parts tech at ACR. I cannot get a straight answer from The owner of the shop (Sam). They have had my car for over 2 months. I don't know where to turn. Resolution Sought I'd like my car fixed, or my money back. Simple receipts and all the emails I have sent them.

The customer came with a defective computer that he purchased from a place in Miami. We found that his computer was defective. After 8 hours of work, per his request we by-passed the computer so he could get back to Miami and replace the defective computer. We communicated with the computer company but they wanted us to tell them what was wrong with it. All we know is that it was NOT working. His dash was blown up, like swelled and he wanted us to fix it but we don't handle this type of repair. It has been at least 3 months since he left our shop.

I have constantly been in touch with Sam. I get a different excuse everytime. I never agreed to bypass the new computer I purchased and had shipped to him. They left my dashboard hanging out and never even connected the supposedly faulty computer. The company, All Computer Resource is will to replace the part. Dinasaur Tires seems to have difficulty dialing the phone. I paid to have my car fixed. Not my fault the mechanic Peter, who worked on it got fired. I'd like my m oney back, and the computer I bought, or fix my ca r. Thank you I have several witnesses that have taken me to try to get some answers about my car.
