Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. July 30,2021 I made a purchase through Direct Audio. They had a notice saying because of the Covid situation orders may take a little longer than usual so I kept that in mind and stayed patient. The first time I reached out was Aug 12. I spoke to Lisa Rothe who said they had a problem with their supplier. First red flag because it is a limited run record. The next time I checked their website was down. That is when I figured I might not be getting my purchase but life happens and I am busy so the next time I reach out September 30th no reply. Meanwhile, while this is happening another site named Trusted Site has been emailing me every week asking me if I am pleased with my order until I told them no and I needed a refund and never heard from them again. All the while I have been also emailing Direct Audio for a refund with no response. I really need help getting this resolved. Resolution Sought I need a refund.
