I hired Direct Movers for moving services on May 31, 2023. In moving furniture from my apartment to a POD, Direct Movers did not wrap some of the furniture and it was loaded on top of each other as if it were just thrown in, resulting in damage to several pieces. Resolution Sought To file an insurance claim so that my furniture will repaired or replaced.
