To whom it may concern My auto warranty company has been giving me the runaround! They refuse to pay me 75 percent of my repairs that I just paid. I live in California and purchased this warranty in 6/26/22. After other repairs in Feb which I was not going to submit to the warranty company as i thought they were small repairs. But I return the vehicle and requested the shop to call claims department as I did try several times but again no answer!! The repairs were recently completed as my vehicle was in the shop for a week! Attached you will find the invoice again their was a runaround from various departments 877-489-2524 not knowing who had my contract then they gave me this number that never answered 888-500-4410. So it was not my fault for their unorganized customer service! I would like consideration on the final job with the following invoice the car went into the shop on April 10th 2026 and completed on April 15, 2026. Here are the repairs attached invoice. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. The warranty company finally called me after the repairs were completed and Angelina apologized for someone giving me the wrong phone number. She stated a number no one answers!! So I don't have this kind of money to pay for repairs when I belive that I would be reimbursed. Why would I have a warranty on my auto repairs and the company say its not approved because I didn't get approval for the repairs but I explained that no one would answer their phone! Thank y Resolution Sought Have the company reimburse me 75 of the repairs and acknowledgement of their poor customers service and not being able to help me file a claim before hand. To be Ethical on what they sold me and do what is right! I am a senior citizen that just retired. I will send you the invoice but cant find where to attach it! Thank you
