Have been told 3 times that a tech would be out to reconnect my cable. Was told that techs don't let you know when they arrive they will call and not leave a message they are not allowed to ring bell or knock on door I gave them times when someone would be home They intentionally came during the time when no one would be here.I am getting billed for service I don't have Resolution Sought Be legit and professional.
