Owners will not replace my windshield that they just replaced. There is a scratch on the new windshield that I didn't put there was on it when I started to drive it again. Owners Cindy and Tony screamed at me calling me a liar in front of my 2 special needs children. Cindy won't stop arguing with me even when I was on a call with my sister. I told them I didn't do it either Tony did or the it came from the manufacturer that way. Cindy screamed there's no way it came that way and said they didn't do it. I again said it wasn't me. She had me crying and she said oh crying and the water works don't work with me. My children so upset and don't understand how someone can talk like that to their mother. Cindy said Tony can try and buff it out bit she doubt it would fix it. And again i asked for them to replace it they scream no its my fault not them. I also told them I would turn them in to the bbb. Cindy laughed and said you can try that they are not members. This isn't half of what happened this business. Resolution Sought Replace the windshield or refund my money. $240.00
