I purchased a vehicle for my son from this dealership on March 11, 2024 with a warranty. On May. 4, we noticed the meter was traveling up, as if the car was beginning to overheat. We popped the hood and the vehicle didn't have any coolant. After turning the vehicle off and allowing it to rest, we put coolant in it and drove home. When we arrived home the coolant had leaked out again. We turned the vehicle off and left it parked. We contacted the dealership it was closed. When the dealership opened, we had it towed. Avery stated she would have their mechanic look at it and give us an update. After a few days we contacted her and she said the head gasket was blown, and the car needed a new motor as a result from running hot. I stated to Avery this was impossible, we hadn't had the car for 2 full months, this issue had to be previously. Going from not having coolant to having it towed shouldn't have caused a whole motor to give out. Avery stated that it was our fault that the vehicle's engine messed up and they were not going to flip the bill for it although it's under warranty. She stated that we should have had it towed immediately. We were less than a mile from home when this issued happened. See we parked it at our residence and allowed the tow people to come. It is evident that this place has a car lot full of lemons and vehicle's that are not reliable. Its evident that this place sells warranties and does whatever to not stand by them. Avery stated this is how it goes Resolution Sought I would like for this dealership to uphold the warranty that we have paid for. The issue as to why the coolant was leaking is not our issue and should be covered, and this vehicle needing a motor is not our issue. Either stand by the warranty or issue a full refund to our bank. He just paid his very first car payment and is without a vehicle in less than 60 days. Now I have to possibly get a lawyer involved
