I purchased a plan for two years and the third year was in the agreement. I upgraded to a premium plan and paid it all the way out. I am having factory transmission issues and casing issue. All of it is factory that came on the bike and they won't stand behind their warranty. Resolution Sought My outcome would be for them to pay for the claim and all of the warranty that I paid for.
