I placed an order from this company date 22 October 2021. I had two orders from there, but due to pandemic he said it is out of order. I said then refund me, he said, Ok I will refund it. My order cancellation date was 17 December 2021, my payment method was credit card. Resolution Sought I want my refund to be given back.

I have not received any refund in my credit card I have just checked from bank they say no refund has came. From this company I don't know how is ge saying that I have refunded if you say I can share my credit card statement from November 2020 to February 2022.
