Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. We had a credit limit & they decreased it without notifying called & got available credit. Went out of state go ready to use card declined. Called in & was told there was a decrease due to debt to income ratio. My problem is there were no notification to let us know. We were embarrassed no place to stay. A missed grant opportunity to help needed people in our ministry of helps. When I receive card I had 11 credit cards. Now only 3. Never made a late payment credit score above 700. Paid off 8 cards. Now they do this without warning after 16 years with them no late or missed payment. Disappointed. Was this right. It's there card but where was the integrity Resolution Sought Do the right thing

I have tried to dispute charge with Merchant as well as Discover. My health has been extremely poor all year- I am unable to eat or drink since 12/25/22. I have a PICC Line (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter) in my arm and get my nutrition through TPN (Total parenteral nutrition) have had 4 surgeries and 5 hospital stays. I will need another surgery in January ´24. I wanted to follow up on the status of my dispute for Discover charge $7957 on December 12th. I hired the company to redo my basement- flooring windows, back door. They were supposed to come do the job after new years on January 3rd. They said the materials shipment was delayed and changed the date to February 1st. On January 31 they said the materials still haven't arrived and delayed another 2 weeks til February 15th. After that they kept giving me the runaround. I last spoke with them on may 31st they said they were gonna refund me. Still haven't received the refund. I need to dispute. They are not answering me now As you can see I was scammed by the company. Please help me! The merchant as well of Discover are targeting me for some reason and treating me unprofessional and I want my account credited. Resolution Sought Refund my account
