Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I moved to the Discovery of the Realm August of 2022. The apartment complex when I visited before leasing it out seems like a beautiful well kept place to stay. Well it's has been horrible since I moved in. The elevator is constantly down, our water was turned off two times since I been here. Once on Christmas Day 2022 and this year due to the extreme temperatures. I have never experience this before moving here. Everytime use your hot water in the bathrooms it sounds like the pipes are about to burst. They charge you for everything, water filters for your refrigerator, and light bulbs. The amount of rent I pay monthly don't accommodate for the poor service I'm receiving. Resolution Sought I would like my rent lower since they are not living up to the standards their told me before moving in.
