Discovery Benefits personnel lack the basic skills to administer an FSA program

After numerous calls and e-mails to the Customer Service Team at DB, I realized this organization lacks the basic skills necessary to administer a benefit program. I strongly suggest that any employer providing employee benefits stay away from this organiztion.
