Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I hired this company to do a forensic audit on my mortgage. I paid the company $800 for their services. The process was to take approximately 3 to 6 months. I've been in communication very difficult to get a hold of him but I have been in contact with an Albert Diaz. At one point I could speak to an office person now that number does not answer and Mr Diaz does not respond to my text messages or my emails. This man has my mortgage documents and my money. At one point he scheduled appointments for me to meet with the auditor and those appointments nobody ever showed up. I have sent him a demand for refund and that has gone on answered as well. I've tried to look up the company to see if they're legit but I'm not finding anything. Long story short I paid for service that I have not received and no longer know how to reach this person or a fictitious business Resolution Sought My ultimate goal would be to locate this man and have him investigated and prosecuted if he has doing this to others I would also like to retrieve the money that I paid him and the return of my mortgage documents as I'm not sure what he can do with this information but I'm very concerned.
