Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I had their service for 12 years. I was not getting good cable service, called to cancel, that they would replace the receiver, that they would give me an offer of $29.99 /monthly, the bill was $79.99, I told them I was having financial issues, they told me I could not cancel because I have a contract, I do not remember agreeing to a contract. I sent the equipment back, and they sent me a bill for over $500.00 . Everytime I call, they connect me with different people, no one helps discuss the billing issue, sometimes they just hang up on me. Resolution Sought Cancel my service and do not charge me additional monies

The reason for this complaint is simple. I had to call our satellite tv provider to complain about not having service in a bedroom. they tried selling us a new package of course…. but this isn't the complaint. dish tv has automatic increased the monthly bill on all customers without notifying or asking. this is criminal. the fees are just 20.00 more per month…. but when multiplied by millions of customers…. it's grand theft. the BBB needs to rectify this immediately for all hard working american customers. please and thank you Resolution Sought All monies returned from our ever increasing monthly bills to ALL dish tv customers
