I have canceled service with this company every month since December of 2023. Every month they reinstate my account without authorization. They refuse to refund the charges and I do not have access to the service. Resolution Sought Refund my money and delete my account.

I put in a refund request for $40 because I forgot to cancel my service. I put in a request in enough time and I thought I would receive an email and refund and neither has happened. I tried to reach out again today and was told they couldn't do a refund. They would not allow me to speak to a manager to better assess. They said I will not be getting a refund nor allowed to talk to anyone else I don't want the service Resolution Sought Refund $40
