Not their fault

Having read several reviews I have noticed this company all repo companies get a bad rap. At the end of the day it is my fault I didn't pay my bills and they were professional about allowing me to get my property. Do you need an appointment yes, do you need to be respectful yes and they will be respectful back. Not sure why people say they are rude or steal things because they made sure I got my cash back and iPods. Gives respect get respect, it goes both ways. Not that I want to be there again but if it does happen I know they will be understanding.

Can not get in touch with them to pick up a released car

My car was repoed and then released. While in repo had a hard time getting personal belongings (my purse) from them. Then when it was released could not get them to answer their phone (2 days now). When I finally was allowed to get my purse and other items, I told the man that I would be back later in the week to get the car. He responded "I hope you can" ,now I know what he meant, guess I will get my lawyer to file a civil suit against them.
