I've asked at least 8 times for information about my Disney vacation club accounts. We are selling our contracts and Disney doesn't like it. They have refused through several means (sent FROM wrong email address, insufficient information, etc etc) When I spoke to them today for the 8th time, the lady kept calling me by name and I NEVER told her my name. Resolution Sought I want the information I requested: Purchase dates and sale price on two contracts. I've already contacted the FL Attorney General, the FTC and the IRS.

Thank you for notifying us of the concerns of Mr. Nutter. We have researched Mr. Nutter's concerns and can reply as follows. As the real estate owner, members have a right to sell their ownership interest. It appears his first contact was with the reservations department, which directed Mr. Nutter to reach out to a different department. Once Mr. Nutter was connected with the correct department, our records indicate he received the requested information by phone on March 07, 2024. We also received an email from Mr. Nutter on March 19, 2024, and responded that same day with the requested information. I hope the information above will be helpful toward the desired outcome.
