I have a rare 18 month old Puli, He is a breed that grows cords or dreadlocks, My complaint Isabel, his cords are coming out I have a gallon size hefty bag that is full of his locks that have come out and they will not acknowledge me, now at all because I'm making complaints, The person that did his hair is Alisa, After my fourth for fifth visit, there asked Alisa to contact me after my dog was groomed and I waited and she didn't call them. I spoke to the manager there. I emailed them I called. Alisa No response to what I said at all and I finally talked to the manager again and he had nothing to say totally unprofessional totally disrespectful and I need to get this out there I paid in the neighborhood of $400 to $500 total for the visits that I had, And now my dogs hair is coming out and they all of a sudden want knowledge me at all. That's a huge problem. I need to know why my dog hair is coming out and why his cords were done so poorly For them to fall out. Resolution Sought Take accountability for what they did to my dog, This is not about money. This is about customer service being professional, doing your job the right way, and not falsifying your abilities.
