I am a long-time artist using DistroKid for music distribution and royalty collection. I have consistently received monthly payouts in the past and understand standard reporting timelines. This complaint is not related to delayed reporting or recent releases. In early November 2025, I requested a withdrawal of royalties that were already cleared and reflected in my "We Owe You" balance within my DistroKid account. As of early January 2026, more than eight weeks later, I have not received payment. This delay far exceeds DistroKid's stated payout processing timeframe. Despite contacting support, I have not received a clear explanation, payout confirmation, or specific resolution date. The funds remain unpaid, and no written notice has been provided indicating a compliance hold, verification issue, or other justification for withholding payment. I am requesting immediate payment of the owed royalties or a written explanation detailing the reason for the delay along with a definitive payout date. The prolonged lack of payment and communication has caused financial hardship. Resolution Sought I am requesting immediate payment of the royalties I withdrew in early November 2025. If payment cannot be issued immediately, I request a written explanation for the delay and a specific, guaranteed payout date.

I have been trying to withdrawal my earnings from Distrokid which is $20,401.72 for 3+ months now and I can't cancel my withdrawal through my account with Distrokid and I haven't had any response when I submit a request to get help or a solution. Distrokid is a distribution company for artists to upload their music across all platforms. Resolution Sought Revive my earnings from Distrokid ($20,401.72)
