I hired Mr. Ditommaso, I have a big workmen's comp case. He said he can help me with it and I sent him my priceless file in November 2020. After months, I contacted him and he replied many times, he lost my file. He said he checked in his office and home where i send my files by FedEx. I cant hire a atty without my files. If i cant get my files ill lose my case. its over a stroke and my blind left eye . He would contact me with his personal cell phone 630 341 4990 i have all the proof you need . I sent FedEx and register letter and he wouldn't contact me. My files are priceless to me. Resolution Sought Give me my files or 75.000 before I lose my case.

I first spoke with Mr. Vaughn in November, 2020. Mr. Vaughn has neither hired me to represent him nor have I agreed to represent him. Mr. Vaughn did not retain DiTommaso Law LLC. Each client we represent is required to sign a written attorney representation agreement with DiTommaso Law LLC. I did not send Mr. Vaughn an attorney representation agreement. I did give Mr. Vaughn my home address to expedite his sending of any pertinent documents to me for my review "to determine if I could help" him. I did say "perfect" when Mr. Vaughn said he would be sending his documents to my home address. On December 9, 2020, Mr. Vaughn sent me a text stating that "Iam sure u busy I only asking if u got my all the paperwork I Fed Ex to you. Stoke gave me nerve damage iam just checking thank u". On December 10, 2020, Mr. Vaughn texted "Its Michael Vaughn did u get my text?" I that same day, I responded to this inquiry as to whether I received Mr. Vaughn's text message stating that "I did and please call me at this number." On February 4, 2021 Mr. Vaughn responded to my December 10, 2021 text stating that "January 4th I got a continue for 3 months ive been sick sorry I didn't replay you hopefully everything will work out call if you need answers 6182943552 have a good day". On March 30 2021, Mr. Vaughnt texted "I guess its too big of a case u cant handle it iam totally blind Fed Ex my paperwork 303 w sloan apt 11 Harrisburg ill 62946. Ill have my family take care of it". I searched my emails, home office and Oakbrook Terrace office for any documents that may have been sent to me from Mr. Vaughn. I did not find any documents from Mr. Vaughn. After searching my records, I subsequently informed Mr. Vaughn that I do not have any documents from him and he responded that he would again obtain his records from his attorneys. Subsequently, Mr. Vaughn stated (in a text message) that he would sue me if I didn't give him his file; he also accused me of participating-in "a cover up". I informed Mr. Vaughn again that I do not have any of his documents and that there's no "cover up".
