I took our car into divine's on Grand for a simple water pump fix it was $340 is the price that they quoted me that was last Thursday. Today is Friday they've had my car for 8 days. When I got in contact with them they told me that my car had a lot of problems. They fix the water pump and then all of a sudden I needed a new manifold. Which was $1,100, according to Pete the battery was dead and they had to jump it which is something that I've never had to do in the two years that we've owned that vehicle now my car won't start and he can't figure out why. My car was running when it went into their shop and now it is not I don't know what they did to it but I have now a $5,000 lawn ornament that will not run because they touched it. I have to have it towed back to my house and I don't know how or when I'm going to be able to get it fixed. My husband who has ALS has many doctors appointments every month that we need a vehicle for and now I don't have a car. And I hold them totally responsible for it. It was running the day I had it towed to their shop. I drove it to work, I even drove it on the tow truck. The only reason why I had it towed was because it was overheating after about 15 minutes and I didn't want to damage the engine any further and the distance between my work and their shop was a little bit longer and I didn't want to risk it but I drove our car onto the tow truck it was running when it left my possession . Resolution Sought I want the $340 that we paid for the water pump. And I want them to fix my car or pay for it to be fixed by a competent mechanic. Because like I said that car in my possession was running and after being in theirs for 8 days does not even turn over now. They are holy responsible for breaking my car. I don't trust them to touch it. But I want them to pay for a competent mechanic to fix it.

I am the district manager for Divines Auto and handled the customer after she became hostile with our South Hill Location. For the repairs, we only did the work she requested us to do and have recordings of all our conversations supporting that. I have all the calls that happened between the south hill and Angie. I also have the calls to my corporates office as well as calls made to my store location in downtown Spokane where Angie has called the South hill Manager Mentally disabled and other names. She has also said she was having the South hill manager arrested. One other thing that I would like to add is that on 7/30/22 at 8:26 A.M Angie had called my south hill location saying that her car had died on her. She thought she was having issues with fuel, she thought it was not getting enough gas. She continued to say that it broke down on the corner of stone and first. She was advised that the south hill location was booked up but that the store on 3rd may be able to get her in sooner. Angie then called the downtown store and advised the manager on duty that her vehicle broke down on her and she wanted to get it in for repairs. She was scheduled to come in on the 4th of August for repairs but never made it to her appointment. Based on all of the customers calls this vehicle has broken down on her several times in the past. Due to the hostility she was showing our south hill manager she is not welcome back at our locations The water pump was replaced as well as the cracked Catalytic convertor. On 9/2/22 Angie had left a review on Google saying that the all of the Divines store will steal from you. She went on to say that a water pump was not needed it just needed a fuel pump. A fuel pump does not cause the vehicle to over heat or leak coolant. A fuel pump also does not cause the water pump to leak. Review is available on google for the south hill store should you wish to review it. Again I have every call that was made to the south hill manager, my cooperate office, and to my office.
