Unprofessional

My family and I have worked with him before and on several occasions he has made the most disgusting degrading comments about women. He made remarks about my body and I told him I was married and that I wasn't interest he proceeded to shove himself on me. When we hired him to do our cameras he told us he could take control and view all cameras from his home even our inside cameras to our home my husband and I were extremely uncomfortable and unhappy with any and all encounters . We kindly told him we had arranged other plans and he threatened us that he knows people that'd get their hands on us. I think he was embarrassed that my husband and myself seen him for who he really is .

He no longer had to call us because our items were out of warranty.

We spent $1700.00 on a hard wired surveillance system with DVR capabilities in Spring of 2018. We have had difficulties linking our cameras to our smart phones to pull up our coverage. We have contacted DJPepe for help in the past and he took control of our system from his home through his/our computers and was able to help. Since then, we had a bad storm on August 11, 2020, lost power and have been unable to reconnect our cameras to our phones. We have called him and text him since then and he hasn't responded till today, 12/16/2020. His response to our text was that he no longer had to call us because our items were out of warranty. At the time of installation, he linked our system through our computer and his, did things so fast, never explaining his process that we would never understand anyway. He also stated in a text to my husband to call if we had problems and that he would take care of our system. He has not done that at all and has dropped us with equipment that no longer works as it is supposed to. He has taken our trust and money, we do not want him in our home or around our equipment. The sad part is, he is still out selling his "product" to others and only standing by them until the equipment is no longer warranted.
