CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I had booked this DJ for my wedding and paid in full in April of 2020. Because Covid-19 proceeded to get worse, I ended up postponing it until the next year. Unfortunately my family has not recovered from the financial hardships that came along with a global pandemic. I spoke with the DJ and he agreed to refund half of what I paid immediately and the rest when someone booked the date I originally reserved. After telling me this, he only answered 2 or 3 more messages saying he would send me the money back. I have not heard a word from him in 2 months. He does not respond to calls or messages anymore. This is not a good way to do business especially in a pandemic when so many people are struggling. Resolution Sought I would like at least the agreed upon amount refunded to me as discussed.
