Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was doing laundry and ran out of quarters. I planned to get quarters the next day. I lost my wallet. It took me some time to get new ones since it was a weekend. During this time i left my clothes tied up to the side in the laundry room. Management has thrown them away. Although it is common sense as he property manager informed me, I did not see any sign or anywhere in the lease that says we could not have our clothes in the laundry room, just not blocking the door or machines. I was also having a minor issue with the noise control and lack of privacy i was getting from a next door neighbor. I had ask management to just ask them to be mindful. A couple days later after my clothes incident i was assaulted by the neighbor. They are autistic and the police officer decided I could not press charges. The property manager proceeded to inform my father (I'm 21) of their intention to not renew my lease, following me asking legal action. My father is not on the lease. Is anyone liable for any of this? Resolution Sought I would like to file in court for negligent actions of the manager and receive compensation for the clothes I've lost. I have proof of everything.
