DJC services had a building contract with my father and I. He did not fulfill phase one of the contract which included three to four different phases. This man has never built a house from the ground up and he got the concrete foundation backwards from the plan. After that he started avoiding phone calls until we were sent a certified letter stating they were backing out but it didn't really state what it was due to. Resolution Sought I would like my money back and proof of services rendered.
