If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I hired Dawson to do some landscaping. I am 73 and can't do it myself. Stupidly I gave him $1250.00 the night before he was to begin (June 30.)Didn't see him for several days. The project was to be completed July 9. I hound Ed him with calls and emails. Finally he answered an email to ask me what was wrong. Couple days later he sent a teenager to work and the kid did nothing but break a window. By July 16, he had a crew come and they did a decent job. Dawson then needed $500.00 more money to pay those guys. It was very hot and those guys worked hard. So I gave him that amount. The project included a long strip of new grass, along the side and full length of the back. Part of the deal included watering the grass seed for 20 days. That didn't happen because I wouldn't give him more money. I told him when the watering was done, I would pay more. It didn't happen and the seed is all dead. Frankly, I think he price gouged me. After I complained, he told me (in writing) that his fee was $100 per hour. What. He has no license or insurance. He deleted all our email and messages. I'm not entirely stupid, as I have screen shots of them all that I can provide if needed. Whew!, Resolution Sought Based on the fact that I need to hire someone to redo all the beds, he should refund me $750.00 to cover that cost.I gave him a total payment of $1750. Part of the work that those guys did was acceptable and him keeping the$1000 should cover that. He has done similar to another elderly lady and I can provide her information if needed.
