The company promised a service which was not delivered. I paid cash for a couch to be cleaned. The couch came out worse than it originally was. They said they would send a tech out days later. The day comes the tech never arrives. I request a refund the manager tells me I have to wait 30 days on a cash transaction. The manager then tells me he has to take a call and hangs up on me. I call the line back multiple time. No answer. He also instructed me to request my refund from the technician. The technician doesn't respond. Resolution Sought I want my money back as soon as possible.
