DMV masonry paving company came out and performed the job on my front steps a few weeks later the landing in the bottom steps the cement started to come apart. I called left messages /spoke with William one of the owners and email him asking to come back and repair the steps and the landing that was now coming apart. I was promised three times by William that someone would come out and repair the damages on 6/11/2022. What makes it so bad William stated that there's a warranty on the the work that was performed and yet no one has come out too perform the repairs and this is poor customer service at the highest level. I had friends and family over for my grandson's graduation and my front stairs and landing it's falling apart. I'm requesting that they come back in repair my landing and my steps immediately. Resolution Sought I would like the business to come back out and rectify the problem meaning repair my landing in my stairs immediately.
