Consumer alleges your company has not provided him with the DNA results as paid for. Consumer paid your company $350.00 for DNA testing. He was referred to get the lab work one in his local area. The lab work was done however to date no results have been provided to him. Consumer has called numerous times to no avail. Consumer wants your company to either provide the results or issue a refund. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to either provide the results or issue a refund.
