I want the company to take these elderly people seriously

This company has a woman that is a caregiver that works for them and she dose not take care of the clients she brings her daughter to work with her she talks ill on the company she don't bathe feed take care of sue the lady husband dose i reported the neglect to dna they ignored me and now I'm coming to you. I want the company to take these elderly people seriously i want these caregivers to do there job because these elderly people rely on them for help and this company fails at that
