I noticed the charge on my credit card. Had to download app, reset password to get on website. Pushed Cancel Button and it would not cancel and only gave me option to be charged $14.95 for lifetime subscription. My credit card company found a notice that I could not find that said I had to cancel via email and it had to be done 48 hours before they charged me. I emailed and got a we have 48 hours to reply. I have not used this app or service in several years and get charged every year till I attempted to cancel and they are making it impossible. Resolution Sought I want an immediate cancellation and refund of $98.00. I understand I can't get the money from several years back but this is ridiculous and fraud.

I used an app for fasting dieting. I signed up hoping it was just an app to help me with my fasting. Before I knew it, they were charging me for all sorts of things, including a scale for $79.98 that works with a smart phone. I did not realize what happened till I get a scale in the mail. So I sent them a message I was returning it to them they gave me all the blah blah about returning it finally i just returned it...so I did. They received it 5/25/23 and still no refund. I don't know where they are, I had to pay to return it also. The address they used to message back and forth is... [email protected]. that's all I have on this company. All I want back is my $79.98. Can you help me? I also have the return receipt from post office if you need that. The scale was returned to Moreland GA. Resolution Sought Return $79.98
