I went to purchase a car 2013 infinity jx35. upon arriving i had to wait a lengthy time with no interaction while shortly after I was called to the back. I signed one form myself and was handed a sealed envelope which had my name electronically signed numerous locations without my consent or permission. I informed them thats not how business should be done. I paid they overcharged my card and had to take difference from cash I was paying first red flag but like a idiot in need of transportation I proceeded got to the car was on e and making a odd noise I called dealer and informed 8 days later I returned the car and was given a check for 1200 he falsified loan app stating I put down 1800 and to tell lender the same thing I asked for a receipt they stated they didn't have one the loan entailed everything which it says 1800 down but I was returned 1200 as of today car is not turned in to finance Resolution Sought I need documentation confirming vehicle was returned and we have no business together
