Scott painted my kitchen cabinets with water based white was stain and covered with oil based polyurethane. All in 2 days. He missed areas and 2 days later my cabinets were yellow. The whole time he was here he kept complaining about how he underbid the job and he wasnt going to make any money by the time he paid the 2 guys he had with him. So we gave him extra money because we felt bad for him and they looked alright when he left but they were still wet. But again 2 days later we noticed all the areas he missed and they were turning yellow. I reported it to Angies list they have banned him . We've had several appointments for Scott to come redo and fix the cabinets but he always cancels. Its been a good 3 months dealing with this. At this point I just want my money back so I can hire someone else to fix them. Resolution Sought I would like a refund. I need my money back so I can hire someone else to fix my cabinets.

I did work for the complainant. I have proof and invoices and receipts of the money she gave me. It was not $1,250 it was $700 to paint the cabinets. The other money she gave me as a tip because at the end of the job she said the cabinets look fantastic. Two weeks later she was calling not happy with the cabinet. At the end of the job I asked her if she liked them and she signed off on it. I have two other guys that were there that heard us talk back and forth. My company is number one in satisfying customers but she is a customer that is not satisfiable. I do not give any kind of warranty for painting. After the job is done, it's done, especially not two weeks later.
