Deceptive business practice

The last time I spoke with rep from the company they asked if I needed anymore products to which I replied no. Thy asked I they could send me a catalog to which I responded yes. They sent another shipment of product we will not use with an invoice for $772.47 for pens, markers, and sticky notes. We have received no catalog and they refused to send a return label so we may send the product back along with gift cards to Walmart. This is not OK & I would never suggest anyone use this company if they get a call for office supplies to cut cost on overhead. I want the business to stop contacting us & to take their product back that we will not use and did not ask for. I was informed I would be on a month to month ordering where I could contact them as needed. This is not what has happened. I am unable to now speak with my rep. I wish I would have done research before agreeing to try their company out, with what I was told was no obligation to purchase more.

Deceptive Business Practices

I do not recommend getting involved with Do Write Imaging, or you will regret it. They were not upfront with the way they do business. I was told I could order on a month to month basis, whenever I was ready to place the order. In reality, they have the company I work for on auto-shipment, and I've tried to cancel two months in a row and they go round and round repeating the same thing that doesn't answer my questions. In no way is this a "good deal," and I am extremely disappointed in the deceitful manner in which they conduct business. I've requested an email stating that I am not being held to anymore shipments for two months, and they say they will send one and then never do. Clearly they don't want anything in writing. I only see negative reviews online, and I wish I would have read their reviews before doing any business with them.
