Dodge Bros. Automotive, Inc. complaints

A year ago and some odd months ago,I took my 2011 Chevy Silverado LT 1500 to Dodge Bros Automotive for a valve job,after I took it there the truck started to knock and ping,my truck was under warranty. I knew it was major engine problems. I called Mr Dodge and told him he said if I buy a new motor he'd install it. I called and called for 6months with his promise to install a motor Wich I had bought from New York. I finally got the truck to Dodge Bros Auto.Since being there for almost a year,Mr Dodge had it stored in the street! The tags expired while there and it got towed . I told him and he said that he is not gonna pay this or that cuz it's not worth it. I told him that I was gonna contact the BAR,he quickly changed and told me hey we're friends aren't we? . I purchased a vehicle in need of a motor,Mr Dodge said he would put a motor in it for me. Well I am still waiting for him to install the motor in this vehicle that I begged borrowed money for so I could get back to work. That was over 2 months ago,it's going on a year and a half,every time I call him,he always tells me to call next week or 2 weeks . This has been going on for almost a year and a half. I haven't been employed due to my transportation situation,because of lack of professionalism from dodge Bros Automotive , Neglect and very very unacceptable. And understand my truck was under warranty,and he even had me buy the motor myself! Wich I did. Resolution Sought I would like Mr Dodge to keep his word on installing a motor in my 1998 Chevy Tahoe Immediately , I want to be compensated for the loss of my Chevy Silverado Wich I paid 10,000 dollars for. I am asking for 7500 for the loss of my truck and compensate for monetary loss due to my unemployment due to having no vehicle. I want a motor put in my Tahoe and I want to be paid for my truck. I went to auction and it sold for 5,000. And that's it I won't file anything with the BAR,or any authorities.

Approximately 3 years ago I took in my 2011 Chevy Silverado to dodge bros for a routine valve job. I also purchased a warranty. Well after I got the vehicle back, a few days later, the engine fails completely. I called and states the issue and he laughed and said my truck wasn't worth nothing for him to replace the motor, than he said if I purchase a motor he would install it. So I purchased a motor in new York, had it shipped to his business, and to this day it was never installed because he had my vehicle parked in the street causing it to be impounded. I haven't received another vehicle worth what I paid for my truck. My life has been affected by this immensely. I would like the cost of my vehicle or them to replace my truck with another truck as the same value,and compensation for my loss of income due to not being able to be employed this whole time.
