This dealership participates in a local radio stations discount program, where the consumer can pay $162.50 but receive a gift certificate worth $325 redeemable in the service department . Earlier this month I purchased a radio store certificate and made an appointment for my Dodge Dakota to have an oil change, a tire replaced and to have my check engine light diagnosed. Immediately after arriving at service counter I felt mistreated. The oil change special that I had agreed to (2 oil changes and two tire rotations for$100 was not gone to be honored because my oil was not in stock. My tires were also not available . The check engine light was not able to be diagnosed because my truck was a few years too old and was incompatible with the code reader. I was beyond disappointed but when my final bill only totaled 120 something I was concerned about the balance on the gift certificate because it specified No Change given. I expressed my concern about not throwing away the remainder of the gift certificate and suggested a new battery for my truck because it was probably in the range of the balance leftover. Just like anything else I needed, my dodges battery was not in stock and Dave , my service manager promised to hold my certificate and not cash out the transaction until I was satisfied with my experience. I have reached back out to the service department on several occasions and am yet to get this resolved. They never answer or call me back and I feel like there stealing ba Resolution Sought I would like first to be contacted directly by dealership and then depending on there preference either scheduled immediately for service on my vehicle until the gift certificate balance is dissolved or to have the remaining balance on certificate refunded to me in cash immediately.

We have contacted the guest and left a voicemail stating we would like to assist her in replacing her battery. The battery was ordered and is now in stock, this will take up the remaining balance of the coupon.

I did speak to the service manager, Chris at the dealership last week. He was very polite and apologized for my disappointment . He was going to check on a fuel pump for my vehicle since my truck is currently broke down. He advised he would call me Friday at latest. I’m still waiting to hear from him . I’ve left voicemails so I hope he keeps his word.
