On Saturday, April 6, 2024 after our temp was over 70 degrees we had our installers come out to install the brand new liner and yes, after the liner was in the owner of the install company went to pull off the inspection sticker NEXT to the hole and he yelled for his 2 assistants to STOP. He came in and said your liner is damage's and it's no fault of our own. He asked us to inspect the box because he said there was extensive damage when he noticed an exact same hole in the box! We called Doherty and they REFUSED to honor their warranty because it had been past 30 days??? We explained it wasn't over 70 degrees but they didn't care and said it was past 30 days? My wife and I went out to inspect and she took pictures because it had been stored in our climate controlled garage upon delivery due to the weather and had NOT been opened! My wife asked if the hole was parallel to the skimmer and the owner said yes they could move the liner but it would be more because the hole was too perfect of a circle and he couldn't guarantee the liner wouldn't have additional damage or leak from the factory or shipping! They told us to contact where we bought it from and then they said no it was Swimlines warranty because damage is not a perfect circle? Resolution Sought Replace liner
