I got scammed by Anthony, the owner of company

Anthony, the company owner, collected a total of $13,265 from me, but the project remains unfinished after repeated delays, broken promises, and missed appointments. The scope agreed upon in June 2026 included replacing the existing subpanel with a new 125-amp, 24-circuit subpanel; installing conduit and wiring for a new pool-equipment subpanel for a future hot tub and sauna; upgrading that subpanel from 70 to 90 amps; and installing conduit and wiring for a dedicated 20-amp sauna outlet. On July 22, Tony texted that the pipe work and pool-equipment subpanel were installed and that he only needed to pull the wiring the following week, so I paid the remaining $9,000 balance. He did not return. On August 13, he promised to come "next week," and on August 20, he said his truck had broken down but would be fixed that day. On August 25, he stated that only pulling wires through the underground conduits remained and estimated that approximately $2,000 of work was still incomplete if I hired someone else. Because I had to find another electrician, I requested a refund. On September 3, Tony said a refund check would be mailed the following day, but it never arrived. On September 12, he asked for my Cash App QR code so he could send the refund electronically, but no payment was received. I have saved all written communications documenting these statements. In my experience, withholding payment for unfinished work while repeatedly promising a refund and failing to provide it is extremely unprofessional. I am writing this to alert public not to use this business as they could be victims like me. Be aware !!! Will be filing a formal complaint with ROC of Arizona !

We hit the jackpot finding Tony!

We've used Dolce Electric Co couple of times this year. I looked him up and happened to hit gold when I found Tony! Last month, Tony did the rewiring inside our whole house and he hung ceiling fans too! Last week, he rewired the whole garage for my husband. He did a super job! He's gone above and beyond our expectations. I have recommended his services to our neighbors and will continue to do so. Tony is honest, gives fair prices, he's just wonderful. We can't say enough good things about him, he's just that good! He knows his business inside and out. He's one in a million!!
