It seems to be a problem inside the bank itself I'm currently in money coming up missing. contacted the bank several times to try to attempt to make a report to file a dispute but it seems to be on household and they keep playing games over the phone. I got a little bit of sitting tired of trying to get through them so I took a visit and went inside the bank online had a different response but I was told I had to do the same thing as father was cute the disputes bring an issue to you I'll see if you can get some better response and resolve the problem just amount of money was coming I'm missing none of my account as I deposit it when I was told it could be internet but they know it's a hacking from somewhere I just can't understand how idea about it get this far without them detected it or the accountant coming aware of it because they're not keeping good accounting at all it sounds like it's coming from the inside of the branch if somebody is sending money at two different types of branches and hoping it doesn't be noticed 13 and $400 at a time is coming to miss me and then they start back with the small denomination there's a problem now my car won't accept any deposits it accept deposit but it is if I go online to try to buy anything one of my purchases at all the front unit has not contacted me and I have another chance to contact them but I will I tried to pursue them yesterday which was Aug. 11,23 and I tried to pursue them on Aug.10,2023 Resolution Sought Like them to get my money back to me my $1,900 an replace it into my account and allow me to file the dispute and to listen while trying to give them information wanted to bring his provided me with the bank statement and told me that to give them that information in their district department was playing some kind of games I think I send you may have got a hold of him and get through dinner but I'll try attempt again to follow the dispute someone stealing money out of my account and they still

Per the complaint, the customer stated that she was missing money from her account and attempted to resolve the issue with the bank, but was unsuccessful. She contacted your business asking for help in rectifying her problem. Upon receiving your letter, a Supervisor from the Bank's Card Services department contacted the customer to discuss her concerns. During the conversation, the customer advised the Supervisor that her problem was handled by her local branch in August 2023 and she no longer had any issues with the Bank. The customer said that there was a misunderstanding with her account and a member of the management team was able to answer her questions and resolve her complaint. We consider the matter closed.
