Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I've been shopping at Dollar General for as long as I can remember I go in there daily sometimes twice a day. I am complaining because I've purchased items listed at clearance and brought them home pulled clearance sticker off and I was charged more than the original sticker price. This happens at every dollar general! Today I noticed I was overcharged $.60 /5 times, when I voiced my overcharges they refused to give me my money back. While I was waiting another customer got charged correct price for same item. So is it an algorithm just to rip off every other customer?? How can it be right in one register and wrong in the other?? Last week I took pictures of the clearance items that were marked clearance but actually were the same price that the exact same no -clearance item was! Even their store brand item was marked clearance when it wasn't reduced by even a penny! I think I'm due more than I'm asking for their deception and for all the clearance items I've bought in my lifetime thinking I was buying a discounted item. Store in Chilhowie, VA Resolution Sought The business needs to make it right! I want refunded for everything I've been and most likely have been overcharged for and compensated for their continued deceptions!

My manager fired me for a no call no show when she talked to me that morning and told me not to worry about coming in because I had hurt myself at home the morning of where she switches the schedule in the middle of the week I got confused on what time I was supposed to be there Resolution Sought I would like to get my job back and the stores employees deserve the recognition they need to be able to follow the insane and unorganization that's down there
