I reserved a car for pick at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport for 9:00 am on Friday, February 23, 2024. After waiting online almost an hour I was given an E car because the car I reserved was not available. The car I rented car was given to me at 70 and I returned it at that percentage. However, the company is charging me for a refill stating that the car was given to me at 100. This information is totally incorrect as I saw on the screen of the car that it was at 70 and the man at the checkout station also confirmed it was at 70 and told me return it at 65-70. When I returned the car, there was no one to check the car in and give me a receipt. I've tried to reach out to them to correct this but I keep getting a computerize response stating that there's is nothing that can be done and the charges are valid. Resolution Sought The $35 charge should be reversed because I returned the car within the percentage that I received it. I believe this is the error on their behalf.
