I had rented a car through TicketsAtWork for my rental, and paid them upfront before my vacation. I got to the Dollar rental car to get my car at 1 am with a young child , they didn't have any cars available , so we had to wait almost 1.5 hours before they finally found us a car . I was told that when I return the car all charges will be released. Well my charges were never released and I was charged for this car 2 times. I called them and waited on the phone for hours and got nowhere , nobody could help me , I was given the run around and told that I had to call the agency I picked up the car directly. The phone number that I was given kept disconnecting me. I have the same exact confirmation number on the bill from TicketsAtWork as I had on dollar. Dollar needs to refund me my money as they wrongly charged me. Resolution Sought Refund me for the duplicate charges.
